VraneshPhoto LLC – Customer service & legal information as of 06/19/2026VraneshPhoto LLC provides photography services, the terms of which are outlined in the Short-Form General Photography Contract accessible via link at page bottom.As outlined in the Short-Form General Photography Contract, Vraneshphoto LLC retains the rights to reproduce, sell, publish and use any photos and video taken for any given client unless an agreement between VraneshPhoto llc and the client has been reached prior to the shoot. If the client intends to use the photos beyond reasonable, general use (printed photos, personal greeting cards, social media, wedding or event announcements and other personal uses,) this must be specified and agreed to by VraneshPhoto llc and the client prior to any photos being taken. Any business use requires permission from VraneshPhoto llc and in many cases, additional licensing fees will apply. Terms of these business and professional contracts will be agreed to in writing before VraneshPhoto llc will commence any work. Example: using photos by VraneshPhoto llc for greeting cards intended for wholesale and retail sales, publishing in books, magazines or any other physical or digital media, merchandise & and products for resale and, any other business uses, would be charged a negotiated license fee and a negotiated per-piece royalty in addition to the fees charged for the shoot. Length of time the license is granted will typically be one year but other terms can be negotiated. VraneshPhoto llc owns the rights to all photos and videos unless a contract for other terms is negotiated. Typically, personal use for photos and video by VraneshPhoto llc, such as prints, social media, wedding announcements and other non-business uses is permitted. VraneshPhoto llc is happy to discuss other situations. Copyright laws apply to all photos and videos taken by VraneshPhoto llc and it is illegal to use any VraneshPhoto llc product for business and/or personal gain without express permission from VraneshPhoto llc. Customer Service: VraneshPhoto llc strives to provide photos and related services in a timely and professional manner and to that end, the following statements apply: Technical problems including camera and related equipment failure, illness, unforeseeable emergencies, accidents and weather, among many other things, can result in the loss of photo files and/or delays in or changes to the shooting and delivery schedule. VraneshPhoto llc works diligently to maintain and protect its equipment and assets but things happen. VraneshPhoto llc is willing to discuss options in terms of rescheduling, re-shooting a session or partial refund of deposits and payments. I am a reasonable person and as a small business owner I am willing to work with the client to reach an acceptable outcome. In cases where equipment failure causes loss of time or of stored files, I will reach out to the client and work to remedy the situation in a manner that is acceptable to both parties. The same applies if I am delayed by illness, accident or other unforeseeable occurrence. Problems affecting the client such as illness, accident or emergencies (among other things) may result in the client having to postpone, delay, reschedule or cancel a shoot or project. VraneshPhoto llc is happy to discuss options and solutions to arrive at a solution acceptable to both sides.Problems with orders through www.vraneshphoto.com such as damaged prints or frames, wrong sizes or materials or poor quality of prints and framing will be handled through the vendor selected to provide these products and services. VraneshPhoto llc does not print or manufacture photos, framing or other physical products. Problems with ordering, booking or other services through my website; www.vraneshphoto.com. The VraneshPhoto website, www.vraneshphoto.com, is hosted by a company that specializes in providing websites specifically for photographers. They provide all the templates and coding necessary to make a website function and, they select the vendors available to print, frame and ship physical product. VraneshPhoto llc does not directly handle any production of prints, framing and related services.VraneshPhoto llc will work with my clients, webhost and the vendors involved to arrive at a reasonable solution to any issue that arise.
